PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL

We are looking for an experienced personal injury paralegal who can handle claims from case initiation and provide support throughout litigation. Competitive salary and a great work environment!

Responsibilities

  • Client intake and filing of the claim.
  • Coordinate treatment for clients.
  • Handle client communication with excellent customer service.
  • Draft demands and pre-suit documents, plus experience drafting pleadings and routine discovery documents.
  • Order medical and billing records and maintain an organized file.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of pre-suit claim handling, including communications with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
  • Schedule and coordinate both pre-suit and post-suit deadlines and events.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling personal injury claims from case initiation through litigation.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
